Established in 2014, Ngala Early Learning Joondalup is committed to fostering child-centred learning and care in the local community. Our modern facility features abundant natural light, inviting outdoor spaces, and warm and homely furniture and resources, creating an inviting atmosphere for young learners.
We prioritise small group learning, providing intimate room sizes and a consistent teaching team to foster strong relationships among children, educators, and peers. This approach ensures that children feel safe, secure, and supported in their learning and play experiences.
We value the opportunity for children to participate in hand on exploration using real life equipment and natural materials. You will often see our creative arts curriculum in action both indoors and outdoors and the joy and excitement of our children as they navigate projects within their learning community.
At our service we recognise the importance of the physical environment as a crucial resource and source of inspiration for children’s learning. Our educators thoughtfully plan and design the spaces to align with children’s interests and developmental needs, creating dynamic environments that facilitate exploration, creativity, and growth.

Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am the Service Coordinator at Ngala Joondalup. With over 10 years’ experience in the Early Education sector and four children of my own, I thrive in dynamic environments filled with cheerful activity.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of fulfilling various roles, including teaching, coaching, and service leadership. My passion lies in cultivating safe, engaging, and enjoyable spaces that foster a sense of belonging for all involved.
I am an advocate for fostering meaningful and positive relationships, recognising that effective communication is the cornerstone of a flourishing service. Central to my approach is prioritising the well-being of children, families, and fellow educators. Leading by example, I strive to establish a nurturing environment that feels like a second home to everyone.
