Our nature-based learning program Forest School supports children to develop a connection and appreciation for nature.
We regularly take our little ones on optional excursions into the local community to interact, have fun and see the sights. Ngala children love having babycinos at the local cafe, and even jumping on the bus to visit the city, the museum and Scitech.

“Hello, I’m Leeanne! I hold an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and have worked in the Early Childhood sector for 24 years. I am incredibly passionate about providing high quality and responsive learning for all children. I love focusing on the “hidden curriculum” that a child brings to their day, as well as providing opportunities beyond the traditional classroom learning.
I also am a strong advocate for getting families involved in the service through family and networking events.
I look forward to welcoming you and your child to Ngala Kensington.”

My bub has just started here and we absolutely love it. Room staff are amazing, caring, knowledgeable and look after the little ones like their own. It’s lovely to see the relationship the kiddos have with the educators. The coordinators do an incredible job making sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is happy. The last 18 months that Luke has spent with Amy and Ha has been so great for him. The love and care that they show towards the children in their room has been incredible. He has had the best time being an Investigator and I want to thank them both for all of the fun times, cuddles and snacks they’ve shared with Luke. He’s grown from a squishy little 5.5 month old into a cheeky, chatty and confident 4.5 year old who loves his days at daycare.
